We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless it is provided as part of operational content created or uploaded by authorised users.
4. How We Use Information

- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and respond to lawful requests.
We process personal data based on our legitimate interests in providing collaborative workflow tools, fulfilling contractual commitments to your organisation, and meeting legal or regulatory requirements. For optional integrations or marketing communications, we rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time).
5. When We Share Information
- Authorised users within your organisation: Content uploaded to the platform is generally visible to team members and clients as configured by your administrator.
- Service providers: We use trusted vendors to operate the Services, including Google Firebase (messaging, crash reporting), Google APIs (calendar sync), hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery partners. These processors access data only to perform services on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Streeem, our users, or others.
We never sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your organisation maintains an account with us and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Where retention is controlled by your organisation (for example, when job records are archived or purged), we follow those instructions. We also retain system logs and backups for a limited time for security, continuity, and audit purposes.
7. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access controls, audit logging, secure development practices, and regular vulnerability assessments. Despite these efforts, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage users to safeguard their credentials and report suspected incidents promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Most data within the Services can be reviewed or updated directly within your account. For additional requests, please contact your organisation’s administrator or email us at privacy@flow-streeem.uk. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. If our processing is based on your organisation’s instructions, we may refer your request to them.
9. International Data Transfers
Streeem operates primarily from the United Kingdom, but we may use service providers in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are designed for professional use and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by direct notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
